Taj Mahal in Agra becomes the Free WiFi Hub for Tourists

Its the Good news for the tourists across the globe. Taj Mahal located at Agra is the biggest monument, where visitors from across the globe arrives to visit the historical place made up with Mughal Architectural design by Ustad Ahmad Lahauri. Its the UNESCO World Heritage site from 1983.

From 16 June onwards visitors of Tajmahal will get Free internet service which allows, public to surf and download feature to the users. The catch is that it will last only for 30 minutes. Visitors need to pay particular amounts if they need to use service further. Its the Initiative by BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) will be inaugurated by India’s Telecom minister, Ravi Shanker Prasad in Agra on June 16.

Pradeep Kumar, Chief manager of the BSNL’s UP-West branch revealed that trial runs of this project have successfully been completed and is ready for launch. He also mentioned that the bandwidth of the project will be given by BSNL and Bangaluru based firm named Quadgen will grant the wireless support.

For the Security purpose, WiFi service will be available in the radios of 30 miters from main gate of Taj Mahal. As per the IANS report, there were frequent complaints by the foreign Visitors across the globe for lake of the WiFi facility, BSNL finally up with the BSNL free WiFi Project.
